Key West: favorite place ever!

I love visiting Key West! I have been there several times and found this to be my ideal of a relaxing vacation. There is fun and shopping but the best laid back atmosphere that could ever be found. I am planning to go back soon to visit.

Is Key West traditionally warm and sunny all year round? I love the warm weather but do not tend to do well with the muggies! Is there a cooler time of year that I should consider visiting?
