Square Footage difference

I'm looking at the 14 Jun or 12 July 8-day carribean cruise from NY. Could you please give the square footage difference between the balcony and suite options? Also, I'm assuming suites also have a balcony. Is this true?

Looks like you would be sailing on the Norwegian Spirit out of New York. I have never stayed in suite since the price for us is prohibitive. Suites very luxurious though. Are you just a couple? Is this your first time cruising? Have you priced the suites?
