An island for every type of person and mood.
I recently met a woman from St. Lucia. Living in paradise, she loves the island of Barbados. I think that if she (living in a gorgeous area herself) loves Barbados, there has to be something we're missing. You must go! There are beaches for every person.
For instance, people that love calm water and powder like sand, water perfect for surfing, or areas perfect for those that love snorkeling.
All these beautiful treasures wrapped up in one package...BARBADOS! Definitely a place for everyone....

Barbados is one of my favorite islands. People are very friendly and know how to party!

And there is some wonderful historical tales to be found about the island as well. Just do a search and if you love history you will find Barbados strangely exotic and a wonderful place to discover for those with a curious mind.

Am looking for information to some of the exotic islands as I want to be there for my honeymoon. In my search of the most desired places I have come across some comments of people who have already been there. Though it seems exciting to me I want to know if this time of the year is the good time to visit the place. Else we can always wait for some time, the wholesome entertainment is what we seek rather than making a hurried effort to reach destinations for our honeymoon. Please advice on the vacation rentals in florida (http://www.holidayhomeads.com) too.

Hello and welcome!
Are you specifically talking about having your honeymoon at Barbados? My wife and I have been there 3 times on cruises. Although that means all our visits were only one day each, we loved Barbados!
The people are friendly and the islands is beautiful. As with any of the Caribbean islands, there are portions of poverty. The nice resorts don't expose you to that side of the island. However, we love traveling to the out areas and talking to the local people. They are friendly and love to tell you about their lives.
More to come!
