The Sandcastle restaurant has an open-air beachfront setting. The menu includes a very nice breakfast array. Lunch is casual and includes such choices as crab cakes with corn salad, jerk chicken breast or flying fish.
Dinner is a four-course affair, including soup, salad, an entree, and dessert with coffee or tea.
The chef, Oliver Clifton, is a native of the British Virgin Islands, and has worked in several top restaurants in the area. His excellent dinners have been pleasing guests since April 2000.
