Andros island is not for those looking for constant entertainment, with all the fine dining you could want, you'll want to take your boots! It is the largest island in the Bahamas, but is still very much untamed. So it is more for the adventurous, who say bah humbug to gift shops and the normal tourist stuff.
If you enjoy a quiet beach, a walk in the forest, and visiting quaint villages, then Andros is your island. The bird watching here is teriffic. So, if you want to go completely casual, come to Andros!
