My husband and I stopped at Antigua on a cruise in 2002. We found it was cheaper not to take the tours given by the cruise line, but just to get off the ship and join a group taking either a bus, or a taxi tour. The cost was nearly half what the ship offered. Antigua has beautiful views at its highest point, and you can see Eric Clapton's rehab center which is situated on this island (not that that's a big deal, but you can see it!). There are several points of interest that are neat to see, and well worth the money!
