Explore the African culture, enjoy unique cuisine, and catch some rays while relaxing on the beach. Africa is a land full of adventure!

Africa is one of the most culturally diverse continents, predominately because of its immense size. There are hundreds of different racial categories found on the continent. The majority of the peoples of Africa are classified as African, the traditional dark-skinned people. There are Caucasians, Arabs, Indians, and other ethnic groups as well. Africans practice a variety of religions. Most religions are based in the traditional spiritual religions of the African tribes. There is a large Muslim population on the continent, and several Protestant denominations as well. But the traditional tribal religions by far permeate the majority of African homes. Because of the ethnic diversity of the country, there is no specific culture of Africa. African culture is more like a combination of many years of tribal and non-tribal traditions. The people of Africa tend to be rural, but in the coastal areas the main industry is becoming tourism.
