Regal Princess (Retired)

Bookmark and Share

Majestic is an understatement, when it comes to the overwhelming presence of the Regal Princess. Designed by renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano, the Regal Princess is distinctive for its dolphin-like prow, and the domed observation lounge that wraps around the front of the ship.

It’s the perfect place to appreciate your approach to your ports of call, whether that is the frozen tundra and wild beauty of Alaska, the golden sands of beaches on the Mexican Riviera, scenery along the Panama Canal, or exciting and exotic coastline of South America.

Accommodations aboard ship guarantee you all the luxury and amenities you could ask for, starting with inside staterooms that have twin beds and a shower bathroom, and moving up through the Oceanview category with more amenities, floor space, and either a picture window or a private balcony.

The Mini-Suite offers a large bedroom with twin beds, roomy closet, a sitting area, and a balcony for enjoying the view. Or you can move up to a Suite with balcony, which has more square footage that includes a separate bedroom, a sitting area, full bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Passengers have the option to choose whatever activities appeal to their mood, from exercise machines in the gym, to a dip in the pool, soaking in a hot tub, or being pampered at the Lotus Spa. Perhaps you’d rather a brisk walk around the deck, and then onto a shopping spree in the onboard duty-free boutiques, before heading up to the domed observation lounge for a breathtaking view of where you’re going, and where you’ve been!

During the day you can satisfy your appetite and cravings at the pizzeria, a wine and caviar bar, or having formal afternoon tea. And when it comes to dinner, the choices are just as wide and varied, ranging from local specialties and gourmet menus in the Ultimate Balcony Dining, to traditional fixed setting meals amongst the exquisite décor and panoramic vista of the Palm Court Dining Room.

For an evening of entertainment, start off with a dazzling stage production in the International Show Lounge, then try a roll of the dice in the Dome Casino, and finish up with drinks in Characters Cocktail Bar or the Adagio Bar and Lounge, where you can socialize with friends and make even more new acquaintances.
