Panama

Many travellers often overlook Panama as a place to visit when planning their get-aways. A shame, since there is more to Panama than its famous canal. Its divine natural wonders such as its astounding wildlife, excellent dive sites and hiking treks are among the finest in the Americas.

The Republic of Panama is in the southernmost part of the Central American nations, between Costa Rica (south) and Colombia (north). Only 30 km wide at its narrowest, one can swim in the Pacific and the Caribbean on the same day. It boasts of top hotels just minutes away from the scenic mountain springs and pristine rainforests, and excellent beaches and resorts.

Ecotourism

With its unique tropical landscapes including pristine beaches, over 900 species of birds, 1500 species of trees and creatively designed resorts, some of which are barely a year old, Panama indeed is fast becoming a contender among the must visit places in the Americas.

Culture and Heritage sites

Six different Indian Cultures comprise the Republic, each having its unique practices and traditions, adding to the colourful Panamanian way of life. Its cuisine is as varied as its music and dances, and one cannot miss the Carnival held every February, a must for both new visitors and seasoned travellers.

Lay back as you breathe in the invigorating see breeze, take in its unequalled beauty among its fine resorts and recharge your batteries. Complete relaxation has never been easier.
